Featured regularly on BBC TV, (Great British Summer, Oz Clarke's Wine Trail) Yearlstone has won over 30 awards in competition between 2006 and 2009....It has a winery equipped to make 100,000 litres.

Yearlstone wines were featured in a new book on the top wines of England & Wales by Andre Simon wine writer David Moore... and Juliet White named among England's top dozen winemakers.

Recent comments on the wines...

"Magic" Oz Clarke BBC1 autumn 07

"Yearlstone’s lemony and fresh Number 1 has an appley note and mineral crispness - fans of Sauvignon Blanc should enjoy this" Suzy Atkins MW wine adviser to Richard & Judy

"England’s fastest improving vineyard" Wine Report 2008 published by Dorling Kindersley

"These are fine wines... you will find an excellent range of well-priced wines, each very different in style (something you will certainly not find at every vineyard). Even the two Madeleines (No. 1 and 2) were utterly different, the first all easy-going apples and freshness and the second, sweeter and with just a splash of Bacchus, soft and peachy. The Bacchus, aromatic and Sauvignon-like; the Rosé, salmon-pink, strawberries and cream; the Red, black fruits and tobacco hints. And my favourite, the lightly-oaked Number 6, a Pinot Gris/Reichensteiner blend, superbly balanced with hazelnut, peach and lemon flavours; fresher and less rich than an Alsace Pinot Gris, but rounded and beautifully representative of where it comes from - Grape Britain" New 2008 wine book by wine writer Neil Wilson
